Where do I begin to explain Liz' awesomeness? We met Liz at an Open house when my partner and I were first kicking around the idea of purchasing our first home. We spoke to many realtors, and met all walks of life, who were never interested in talking to us since we were just 'tossing around the idea' or wern't pre-approved. Liz actually had a genuine interest in getting to know us, and what we were possibly looking for, and by the time we left the open house we had made a new friend. Liz got the ball rolling by recommending a mortgage broker she works with, and together they helped us form a 'road map' to find our first home. Once we had a better idea of what we were looking for, and what to expect out of the process, the search began! Liz showed us homes anywhere from early Sunday mornings to late Friday evenings, and all over the greater Indianapolis area. Since she is native to Indianapolis, she was very knowledgeable about most neighborhoods. Once we found THE house, Liz wasted no time making an offer, and countering offers. Durning the escro process, she checked in almost daily with us, and the mortgage broker to make sure everything was going well. Liz's worth ethic, patience, and efforts simply cannot be thanked enough, and we HIGHLY recommend her services.!!! Most importantly she helped us find the house we are going to love!!!"

I cannot recommend Liz highly enough! She was recommended to me by a friend and even though we had different home buying criteria, Liz was still the perfect fit for us. She offered sage advice throughout the process but also listened intently to our concerns, helping us navigate the tough decision to sell a property "as is" or make smart investments that paid out in terms of sales price and overall marketability. I really enjoyed my experience working with Liz both as a buyer and a seller. This was my second time working with a realtor and first time with Liz and I will definitely work with Liz again for any future transactions. As a buyer, Liz was very attentive and took time to show properties. She is very flexible with timing and makes herself or her team available. I would have liked more proactive recommendations of properties to look at/off-market connections, but I think that is the nature of the industry now. We found properties online and requested to see them. She never made me feel like I was wasting time looking at things, never pressured me and was always honest with her concerns or what not to worry about. Through the transaction she was very responsive on paperwork, prompt on scheduling and has a lot of great connections for getting work done on homes. As a seller, Liz went above and beyond in my opinion. She listened to my goals and ensured the property was priced, staged and photographed to achieve them. Just bought my second home (+sold the first one) with Liz and I truly cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else! Everything was fast and efficient to get the house on-market, from walkthrough to staging and photography. I had anxiety, of course, since it was my first time listing but she talked me through countless worries and she was right every time on how to navigate or just to let it go. Liz engineered an insanely high price for my old home with full-asking price cash offers even with the cooled market! She responded to texts like she had no-other clients and one day I was on the phone with her 9 separate times (please don't do this to her.... but I confess I did.) I don't know where to start. Liz is by far one of the most amazing realtor EVER. She was with us every step of the way. She pointed out a lot of helpful things throughout the process of our new build. She was there at every step of the process - when picking options for our build, during inspections, closing, pretty much everything. She was always easily accessible through text, email, and phone. She would get back to us within minutes of us reaching out to her. As a realtor she really really knows her thing! On a personal level, she is very friendly, ridiculously easy to get along with, and just a positive person. My parents are going to be buying a home at some point as well, and she will definitely be our realtor again. It really felt like Liz was personally invested in what happened with us. She felt like a friend by the time it was over. This was our second time buying a house and Liz was awesome! It had been almost 10 years since we bought our first house and felt like first timers. We are not handy people and so we didn't know what to be on the lookout for, but Liz did! Not only did she identify properties she thought we'd be interested (we had a pretty specific list), but she also gave us realistic advice all along the way.
